Celebrity television Judge Joe Brown, formerly of the Shelby County, TN court system excoriated the radical leftist District Attorneys Fani Willis and Alvin Bragg of Fulton County, Georgia, and New York City respectively as well as Special Counsel Jack Smith for the charges they’ve filed against former President Donald J. Trump.

In an interview with Rev. Jesse Peters, a conservative commentator, Judge Brown rejected the indictments against Trump in New York, Florida, and Georgia as “being completely outside of the law.”

“Take what this clown [Alvin] Bragg did in New York,” he continued. “Like Trump or not, what they did is indict him for being the victim of a blackmail attempt. They say he attempted to bribe [adult film star] Stormy Daniels to keep her silent. This guy [Bragg] didn’t go to law school or didn’t pay much attention when he was there because when you flip the script, as you’re instructed [during] the first year, if you had to pay somebody to be quiet, then you got blackmailed,” Brown explained.

“So [Trump] is the victim of a felony.”

Brown stated that the former President was effectively indicted for a failure to disclose the payment amounts although had he publicly disclosed these “he would have violated a court gag order.”

Turning toward the charges filed by Special Counsel Jack Smith in the Southern Florida Federal District Court on allegations of document mishandling, Brown directly refuted the charge citing a 1988 precedent in the United States Supreme Court in which the court ruled a President has “an inherent power to declassify or classify anything, any document,” given that the law notates all intelligence documents are prepared for the purpose of advising the president.

The Judge further observed, “The idea that three individuals are going to or three little entities are gonna deprive the American public of who they wanna vote for is absolutely disturbing.”

Brown drew a historical parallel between the prosecution of Trump and the tactics of Heinrich Himmler and the Nazi SS saying, “Let’s say it looks like the National Socialist Workers Party. Now if you’re not familiar with that the acronym for National Socialist Workers Party is Nazi n-a-z-i and we remember Adolf and Heinrich and all those guys”

When asked if he believes that former President Trump will go to prison, Brown was direct. He answered, “There’s no way this should stand on appeal.”

As reported by our colleagues at Conservative Brief Trump posted to Truth Social on Friday sternly criticizing the charges he is facing and the efforts of the Biden administration to hamstring his campaign for President in 2024.

“CRAZY! My political opponent has hit me with a barrage of weak lawsuits, including D.A., A.G., and others, which require massive amounts of my time & money to adjudicate,” he wrote.

“Resources that would have gone into Ads and Rallies, will now have to be spent fighting these Radical Left Thugs in numerous courts throughout the Country. I am leading in all Polls, including against Crooked Joe, but this is not a level playing field. It is Election Interference, & the Supreme Court must intercede. MAGA!” he added.

Tuesday he wrote, “Anybody attacked and Indicted by the failed District Attorney of Fulton County (Atlanta), or Deranged Jack Smith, will, I assume, & as I will be doing, show how the Presidential Election of 2020 was Rigged and Stollen, the probable reason for your protestation and/or protest. The evidence in Georgia, and Nationally, is both massive and conclusive. The J6 Unselects even illegally destroyed and deleted all findings, evidence, and proof. That fact alone should be reason to drop all charges against!”
