California Democrat Rep. Eric Swalwell caused a scene in the House after testimony in private by President Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden.

It happened on Thursday when Rep. Swalwell asked House Oversight Committee Chair and Republican Kentucky Rep. James Comer when the transcript of Hunter Biden’s testimony would be release, and he went back to the “Russia” narrative.

“Hey, Chairman, about that, parliamentary inquiry, when are you going to release this transcript?” the California representative said.

“I’m going to get to that in one moment, sir,” an aide for Rep. Comer said.

“I’m asking the chairman, not you. Chairman Comer, when are you going to release the transcript on this?” Swalwell said.

“We’re conducting the deposition, Comer said before things got heated.

SWALWELL: Yeah, but you’ve got 91 of them buried and —

COMER: I don’t care what your question is.

NADLER: Well, I care what his question is. When are you going to release the transcript? There are 91 transcripts that haven’t been released yet.

COMER: We will release the deposition — the transcripts like we always do when we agree to release the deposition, the transcripts.

SWALWELL: Shouldn’t the witness know?

COMER: Yeah, we want to put the transcript out within a day.

NADLER: Within a day? Very good. Thank you.

COMER: We’ll do our best, yeah.

SWALWELL: In English or Russian?

COMER AIDE: Excuse me? What’d you say?

COMER: We’ve already answered the question, Eric, and we’re not going to tolerate outbursts like we had the last time.

NADLER: He said within a day. That’s fine.

He may have been anxious to have the transcript released so he could show everyone how he acted like a kid during the deposition, as he asked Hunter Biden questions that referenced former President Donald Trump.

SWALWELL: Any time your father was in government, prior to the Presidency or before, did he ever operate a hotel?

BIDEN: No, he has never operated a hotel.

SWALWELL: So he’s never operated a hotel where foreign nationals spent millions at that hotel while he was in office?

BIDEN: No, he has not.

SWALWELL: Did your father ever employ in the Oval Office any direct family member to also work in the Oval Office?

BIDEN: My father has never employed any direct family members, to my knowledge.

SWALWELL: While your father was President, did anyone in the family receive 41 trademarks from China?

BIDEN: No.

SWALWELL: As President and the leader of the party, has your father ever tried to install as the chairperson of the party a daughter-in-law or anyone else in the family?

BIDEN: No. And I don’t think that anyone in my family would be crazy enough to want to be the chairperson of the DNC.

SWALWELL: Has your father ever in his time as an adult been fined $355 million by any State that he worked in?

BIDEN: No, he has not, thank God.

SWALWELL: Anyone in your family ever strike a multibillion dollar deal with the Saudi Government while your father was in office?

BIDEN: No.

SWALWELL: That’s all I’ve got.

Comer (R-Ky.) told reporters on Wednesday following Hunter Biden’s behind-closed-doors testimony before his panel and the House Judiciary Committee what the next steps likely are in President Joe Biden’s impeachment inquiry.

Comer said the GOP will be moving into its “next phase” that could include having Hunter return for public testimony, though the first son’s attorney threw cold water on that, Fox News Digital reported.

Hunter’s attorney, Abbe Lowell, told reporters: “The transcripts of witnesses who have been called to date, including Hunter’s, makes it obvious that there is nothing left to ask, answer, say or do. This illegitimate inquiry should have ended long before their star witness was indicted for lying but it wasn’t. Now that Hunter has put this partisan conspiracy to the lie that it is — on the record and under oath — this political charade should finally come to an end.”

Hunter testified that he “did not involve” his father in his businesses while heavily criticizing House Republicans for having “hunted” him in a “partisan political pursuit” and impeachment inquiry against the president.
